Is one of the earliest decretist works of the French school. The editor, McLaughlin, dates it around 1160, Kuttner shortly before 1170. The recent revision of the dates for Rufinus’ and Stephanus’ Summae (now mid 1160s), both sources of the Summa Parisiensis, speaks in favor of the latter assumption. |
