Alternative Names

Biography/Description

(1) De cessionibus (TUI 1584 t. 3.2). The ed. Köln 1591 seems to be slightly better printed, but has no further clues as to the author. (2) De diversis contractibus usurarum (TUI 1584 t. 7, f. 50rb). The work also appears in Tractatus 1549, t. 5. A work of the same title appears in a manuscript dated to 1476 in a private collection (now probably in Leiden) (NRHD, 16 (1892) 361) and in another manuscript of approximately the same vintage sold at Christie’s in 2003.
