Quaestiones Barcinonenses V

Alternative Names

Quaestiones Barcinonenses breves

Edited by Fransen under the title Quaestiones Barcinonenses breves, offer a decretist collection which shares some of its material with the Quaestiones Gratianopolitanae, and some with the collection from Aschaffenburg. Fransen has dated the work to around 1160, which would make it one of the oldest representatives of the genre.
