Biography/Description

The Italian authority file edit16 says that H. was an archpriest and doctor of canon law, who came from Bedizzole and whose life straddled the 15th and 16th centuries. His name appears variously as editor or annotator on incunabulum and early 16th century editions of the Decretals, the Sext, the Clementines, the Extravagants, the Digestum Vetus, and the Institutes. To him is also ascribed an edition of Casus breves super Institutiones (Paris ?1492).
