Biography/Description

Bernardus called himself a doctor decretorum, and wrote an apparatus to the Clementines (shortly after 1322). He was a pupil of Johannes Andreae, and his work included many excerpts of Johannes, as well as of Guilelmus de Monte Lauduno.
