Spring 2021

Pierson v. Post and the Philosophy of Property Seminar

CLASS OUTLINES, READINGS

The following table gives class outlines for each class linked to the date of the class. Since I have never taught this seminar before, all that is in the outlines right now is either what I use in my Property course or a brief description of the topic drawn from the Syllabus with a couple of reading notes. The outline for the first class will probably be what we will do. I will probably prepare outlines for each class, and you might want to print them out or put them on some device that you are not using for Zoom, so that I don’t have to block your views of each other on the screen. Below the date you will find links to the readings in the Materials (in a pdf packet) for the class or references to the secondary readings for the class (which are available through HOLLIS). A complete set of the Materials are available under the Files tab in Canvas.
