Biography/Description

Written after 1218 and based on decretals drawn from the first four Compilationes antiquae. Three of the quaestiones carry the signature of a certain ‘Jo.’, who may be identifiable with Johannes Garsias Hispanus. The work shares some of its material with the Quaestiones Patavinae.
