[001] parson to the same church on their presentation. But if the same A. is unwilling to [002] consent to such a parson, as he agreed, then notwithstanding the claim of the same A. [003] admit to the church on the presentation of B. and C. the suitable parson they have [004] chosen. Witness, etc. Let the same be done with respect to several parceners if they [005] agree to present in turn successively, and let the entire form of concord be inserted [006] in the writ. If four sisters, parceners, two of whom are married and two not, claim [007] (with their husbands) seisin of a presentation against others and recover by the [008] assise, let the writ to the bishop be in this form.

[010] The king to such a bishop, greeting. Know that A. and B. his wife, C. and D. his [011] wife, and E. and F. the sisters of the same B. and D. have recovered in our court etc. [012] seisin of their presentation against G. by an assise of darrein presentment there taken [013] between them, H. and I., being present with the aforesaid G. [and] opposing that [014] assise, granting to the same A. and B., C. and D., E. and F. their presentation to the [015] same church. Therefore we order you, on the presentation of the aforesaid A. and C. [016] presenting by reason of the aforesaid B. and D. their wives, and on the presentation [017] of the aforesaid E. and F., to admit a suitable parson to the same church. If after the [018] assise has been taken it is agreed among the parties by a concord that the pension be [019] augmented1 by the grace and direction of the bishop, let a writ be drawn in this [020] form.
