[001] the contrary if he can, that is, that the presentation was deceitful, the inquest
[002] clandestine and the institution without public ceremony, and1 also that he always
[003] made claim and appealed, at the presentation and at the institution, and in support
[004] let him have proofs and sufficient suit. If the bishop cannot defend himself against
[005] this, let him disencumber the church or satisfy the complainant in another way. For
[006] the present let these things suffice by way of example.
